Abstract:Taking a high-grade calcareous phosphate ore in Guizhou as an object,the chemical composition,mineral composition,occurrence status of each component,and the main minerals of the ore are analyzed by polarizing microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis,electron probe analysis and other methods. Process mineralogical research on characteristics,particle size characteristics and monomer dissociation degree. The results show that the useful mineral is collophane,which contains a small amount of Si,Mg,Al and other impurity components,which is difficult to separate. The gangue minerals are mainly carbonate minerals,quartz,chalcedony,and feldspar-clays. Minerals and iron-carbonaceous minerals come next. The collophane and carbonate minerals have a large intercalation particle size. When the fineness of grinding ore is -0.074mm,the collophane and carbonate minerals basically realize monomer dissociation. Quartz-feldspar-clay minerals and iron-carbon minerals have a small distributing particle size. Some gangue minerals are disseminated and embedded in collophane,which is difficult to dissociate and sort. The research results of technological mineralogy provide an important basis for impurity removal and deep processing of the mine. |
