高台阶孔内微差起爆距离对爆破效果影响分析研究

中文摘要:为适应现代化大型露天矿爆破的需要和新爆破器材、工艺的普及,孔内微差爆破技术在现场逐步进入摸索应用阶段,但相关爆破参数和理论需要进行深入研究。以包钢巴润矿露天高台阶爆破为研究模型,利用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法进行分析研究孔内合理起爆距离。研究得出高台阶孔内微差合理起爆距离为底部1.0 m,并进行现场实验验证分析结果切实可行。

Analysis and Research on the Influence of the Differential Initiation Distance of High Step Holes on the Blasting Effect
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of modern large-scale open-pit mine blasting and the popularization of new blasting equipment and technology, the micro-difference blasting technology in the hole has gradually entered the exploration and application stage on the site, but the relevant blasting parameters and theory need to be further studied. Taking the open-air high-step blasting in the Barun Mine of Baotou Iron and Steel as the research model, a combination of numerical simulation and field tests was used to analyze and study the reasonable initiation distance in the hole. The research shows that the reasonable initiation distance of the micro-difference in the high-step hole is 1.0 m at the bottom.
