基于BIM技术的数字化矿山建模研究

中文摘要:基于煤矿开采整个过程中,存在管理水平差、资源浪费严重、工作效率低等问题。而BIM是近年出现在工程领域内的一种三维可视化建模技术,将BIM技术应用于煤矿工程,其创建的高维度、高精度、高联动性信息模型符合数字化矿山的研究理念。本文以贵州省某煤矿实际工程进行实际的模型建立,创建该矿山地质模型,井田开拓定位轴线和矿山主要构件模型族库,生成数字化矿山5D-BIM模型。经实践证明,将BIM技术应用于矿山数字化建模具有可行性,能真正的实现数字化矿山和智慧化矿山,能大大的提高矿山中人、材、机的空间认知和环境交互,提高商业应用和决策支撑。该技术在煤矿领域有着很强适用性和广泛性,为今后的煤矿发展提供了一条新的道路和方法。

Research on Digital Mine Modeling Based on BIM Technology
Abstract:Based on the whole process of coal mining, there are problems such as poor management level, serious waste of resources and low working efficiency.BIM is a three-dimensional visual modeling technology that has emerged in the field of engineering in recent years. Applying BIM technology to coal mine engineering, the high-dimensional, high-precision and high-linkage information model created by it conforms to the research concept of digital mine.In this paper, based on the actual project of a coal mine in Guizhou Province, the actual geological model of the mine, the positioning axis of mine development and the model family library of the main mine components are created to generate the digital mine 5D-BIM model.It has been proved by practice that the application of BIM technology in mine digital modeling can truly realize digital mines and intelligent mines, and will greatly improve the spatial cognition and environmental interaction of people, materials and machines in mines, as well as the commercial application and decision support.This technology has strong applicability and universality in the field of coal mine, which provides a new way and method for the future development of coal mine.
