| 中文摘要:随着经济高速增长转向高质量发展,对不同类型区域进行高质量发展测度逐步成为各专家学者的研究热点。文章从经济高质量发展内涵出发,以山东省资源型城市为例,构建并运用指标回路法完善山东省资源型城市经济高质量发展指标体系,运用改进耦合协调模型对其2010-2019年经济高质量发展水平进行时空双维实证评价,并构建灰色关联模型对其指标关联程度进行深度剖析,为山东省各资源型城市经济高质量发展现状的明晰提供借鉴,为其政策制定提供参考,为同领域专家学者的相关研究做出补充。研究发现：山东省资源型城市经济高质量发展水平整体呈现上升趋势,但仍处于低水平协调状态,且不同子系统发展各异、阻力因素各异；规模以上工业R D经费内部支出、三产增加值/二产增加值、万元GDP能耗、实际利用外资情况、人均可支配收入与人均GDP之比五个指标分别对创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享各系统的发展水平影响最大。 |

| The Empirical Evaluation Research on the Spatial and Temporal Dual Dimension of the High-Quality Development of the Economy of Resource-based Cities in Shandong Province |

| Abstract:With the rapid economic growth turning to high-quality development, measuring high-quality development of different types of regions has gradually become a research hotspot of various experts and scholars. Starting from the connotation of high-quality economic development, this article takes the resource-based cities in Shandong Province as an example, constructs and uses the index loop method to improve the high-quality economic development index system of resource-based cities in Shandong Province, and uses the improved coupling and coordination model to improve its performance from 2010 to 2019. The quality development level is empirically evaluated in two dimensions of time and space, and a gray correlation model is constructed to deeply analyze the degree of correlation of its indicators, which provides a reference for the clarity of the current high-quality economic development of various resource-based cities in Shandong Province, and provides a reference for its policy formulation. Complement the relevant research of experts and scholars in the same field. The study found that the overall high-quality economic development level of resource-based cities in Shandong Province is on the rise, but it is still in a low-level coordination state, and the development of different subsystems is different, and the resistance factors are different; the internal expenditure of industrial R D funds above the designated size and the increase of tertiary industry The five indicators of value / added value of secondary production, 10,000 yuan of GDP energy consumption, actual utilization of foreign capital, and the ratio of per capita disposable income to per capita GDP have the greatest impact on the development level of innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing systems. |
