2煤层回采巷道支护方式及参数优化研究

中文摘要:针对回采巷道在掘进与回采过程中由高地应力、剧烈扰动带来的支护和维护问题。以新庄矿-600 m水平的回采巷道为工程背景,通过现场实测巷道最大松动圈对巷道围岩稳定性进行分类,依据分类结果对巷道支护方式进行设计;采用FLAC3D在同等地质条件下对该方案进行模拟,分析确定合理的支护方式和支护参数;通过现场试验进行验证最终支护方案支护效果。研究结果表明:(1)采用全锚方式的巷道表面位移量明显的比端锚要小,而加钢带之后巷道变形量变化较小,考虑安全因素,巷道的支护方式选取全锚+钢带+锚网支护最合适;考虑经济因素,选取锚杆间排距800×800 mm最合适;(2)通过现场应用并进行观测表明,巷道顶板离层量很小整体性较好,支护效果较好。

Study on supporting Mode and Parameter Optimization of the Mining Tunnel in the Second 2 Coal Seam
Abstract:Aiming at the support and maintenance problems caused by high in-situ stress and severe disturbance in the process of excavation and mining in mining roadway.Based on the engineering background of Gedian-600 mining roadway, the stability of roadway surrounding rock is classified by the maximum loosening circle of roadway measured on the spot, and the supporting mode of roadway is designed according to the classification result.FLAC3D is used to simulate the scheme under the same geological conditions, and the reasonable supporting methods and parameters are analyzed and determined.The support effect of the final supporting scheme is verified by field test.The results show that:(1) the displacement of roadway surface with full anchor is obviously smaller than that of end anchor, but the deformation of roadway changes little after adding steel belt. considering the factors of safety and economic,the supporting mode of roadway is full anchor + beam + anchor net support, and the distance between anchors is 800×800mm is the most suitable.(2) through the field application and observation,it is shown that the roadway roof separation is better and the supporting effect is better.
