| 中文摘要:为缓解突出煤层矿井采掘衔接紧张的矛盾、实现煤巷掘进前快速消突的目标，针对传统瓦斯抽采消突方法存在的施工周期长、成本高的问题，提出利用定向钻孔预抽突出煤层煤巷条带瓦斯，采用空气复合定向钻进技术解决突出煤层定向长钻孔钻进难题，并且研制选型了配套的空气复合定向钻进装备。在青龙煤矿试验情况表明：该技术装备成孔效果显著，攻克了钻孔施工过程中存在的钻孔轨迹精确控制、下斜孔高效排渣、空气螺杆钻具正常运转等技术难题，定向长钻孔抽采瓦斯流量大、浓度高，其中21608轨顺钻场已抽采200万m3瓦斯；21601运顺钻场瓦斯抽采达标，经区域效果检验合格后已安全掘进。研究为碎软突出煤层煤巷条带消突提供了新的思路。 |

| Technology of Directional Borehole Pre-drainage Gas in Coal Roadway of Outburst Coal Seam |

| Abstract:In order to alleviate the contradiction of tight connections between mining and excavation in outburst coal seam and realize the goal of eliminating outburst rapidly before coal roadway excavation. Aiming at the problems of long construction period and high cost in traditional gas drainage and outburst elimination method. It is put forward that directional borehole is used for gas drainage in outburst coal seam, and the technology of slide and rotary drilling is used to solve the problem of directional long borehole in outburst coal seam. The test results in Qinglong Coal Mine show that the drilling effect of the equipment is remarkable, and the technical problems such as accurate control of drilling trajectory, efficient slag discharge of downward inclined borehole and normal operation of air downhole motor are overcome. Gas drainage by directional long borehole has large flow rate and high concentration, and 2 million m3 gas is extracted from 21608 drilling field. The gas drainage of 21601 drilling field is up to standard, and the excavation has been safely carried out after passing the regional effect inspection. The research provides a new idea for strip outburst elimination in broken-soft outburst coal seam. |
